A place where you can feel at home! Here you are at a beautiful place, with awesome views, very good breakfast and a very friendly family to receive you. Very quiet to rest. And a strategic point to visit all the great beaches of Costa Vicentina and some of Algarve! A nice pool with plenty too see around. A must visit place, highly recomended!

Wonderfully quiet, good address to relax a few days

If you are looking for peace and individuality away from the hustle and bustle of mass tourism, this is the place for you. Fantastic beaches are abundant in the area - a rental car is necessary. We will come back after a wonderfully relaxing holiday in 2017 in 2018 and we are looking forward to it.

Alto da Lua is a hotel beautifully situated in the nature. Wake up in the morning, hear birds chirp and see from the balcony 20km away the sea - fantastic. Great beaches nearby (about 25 minutes away by car), great tips for restaurants (thank you Helge !!) and a friendly atmosphere to call only - for me an absolute gem in the hotel landscape. So if you are looking for a hotel where the guest feels welcomed, that emphasizes hospitality and always remains authentic, you will find a hotel here that he will certainly visit again several times.

Um local fantástico para se ficar alojado e para quem gosta da Costa Vicentina. Do Alto da Lua chegamos facilmente às melhores praias da região ; Monte Clérigo, Vale Figueiras, Carrapateira, Amado, Vale dos Homens, etc. Os proprietários (Helge e Heike) são uma simpatia. O pequeno almoço é optimo e está incluído na estadia: a salada de frutas é sublime! Quartos com uma vista deslumbrante. A repetir seguramente !
