Catastrophic !!! Whether you want to buy or consume something, "multi tasking" is an unknown concept. You are simply not seen as a (foreign) customer. The staff would rather walk past you with their heads bowed than to operate. However, it is not that difficult to clear a table when coffee is brought to the table next to it. And please do not dare to ask to take an order unless you like to be viewed and get comments. And then there are only 5 tables occupied, so you really can't speak of an immense bustle here ...
