A Taste of Decadence by Louise

A slice of heaven Louise made us a wedding cake masterpiece! We put forward a few ideas for our Portuguese themed wedding, and Louise exceeded all expectations. Her sugar flowers are so realistic and detailed. All the flavours we tried were delicious- it was difficult to only choose two. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble and she is a true professional at what she does. The perfect treat for any special occasion.

Louise is a master baker! She created these mini cakes of salted carmel and then wrapped them like golden gifts for each guest. I could not have been more delighted with the taste or the presentation. We loved it so much that we re-ordered the cake on our 6 month wedding anniversary and it was just as perfectly decorated and delicious as the first time! Wow, Louise's cakes are a complete work of art. The attention to detail is outstanding. Each cake is unique and so personal too. They also taste devine. I would certainly recommend her, shes great to deal with too.
