Family Medical Centre - Vale do Lobo Clinic

I visited the VDL medical centre today. I am currently still a shareholder in a similar private practice in the UK. What I experienced today would have lead to my employee no longer having a position in my company. It is shocking that a paying client (which you are in private healthcare) gets dismissed and treated like myself and my children were. Especially after mentioning that you would send all required info on that would be needed, And this was on the request of the doctor. My advice would be, go and see them only if there is nothing else available! They would never receive another euro from me. Terrible is not a strong enough word. Then, regarding infection control, especially in the current climate, I think they must be unaware of it 🤷🏻‍♀️

Great doctors, fair price compared to the other private clinics where you wait 1 year to mark an appointment. Special thanks to Dr. Thomas Kaiser who is not just a doctor, but caring, understanding and passionate person. Totally recommend!

Very old medical center in beautiful Vale de Lobo area! Urgently needed repair! Patients should waiting doctors long time! Also doctor informed me that he is very busy for giving me prescription... First place in Portugal where you can pay only by cash, but if you want to make payment by card they ask you to go nearest ATM. Doctors not thinking about patients, only how to get more money 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
