The scenery & surroundings are stunning

The village is very attractive externally with excellent facilities. Nice pools, splendid gardens a mini supermarket multiple restaurants etc. The owners of the properties get great value for their ground rents. The interior of the properties are very variable both in style and quality but surprisingly the rents do not reflect the quality only the number of bedrooms. This means there is little incentive for the owners to improve the properties. There is only one linen change and maid service each week, many other property rental agents offer two or more services each week. A pleasant holiday location with access to all the facilities of Vilamoura and Quarteira. The agents are helpful and friendly and there are security staff that can assist outside office hours.

It is a really nice place to stay

Na reserva indicamos o número de pessoas e uma criança. Pois cama para ele não tem. Toalhas de banho vai pelo mesmo caminho, o sofá mais parece um cavalo de pau,a espuma já era, até buraco faz.... A higiene do chão estava tão sujo que só ao final da 3 agua de limpeza com esfregona ficou aceitável, o exaustor mete nojo cheio de gordura o microondas estava sujo por dentro. Em altura de Covid-19 a higiene falhou muito. A vistoria devia ser feita na entrega da chave a entrada e não só no final.

Condomínio privado com muitíssimo boas condições. Estacionamento fácil, gratuito e com muita sombra, que no calor do verão da jeito. Três piscinas, uma delas com bar, música e snooker, o aluguer das espreguicadeiras é de 1,5 EUR por dia. Dois cafés bar com boa música e sport TV. Fica a 10 min a pé da marina de Vilamoura.
