long waiting times, rude staff and on top of that they are unable to read forign licenses (ID, driver license) to pickup your parcels. Worste then a 3th world country

Since the lockdown and all the restrictions the waiting times have increased. Every time i go here i will have to wait 20minutes, sometimes 40... For people with a Job this might not be an option.

Service is unknown in this place.

Has an extremely long waiting time. Only the two male staff speak English. The others do speak English, but pretend not to.

Atendimento péssimo, não atendem o telemóvel, indicações, que com 2 pessoas em casa deixaram a carta" passamos por cá e não estava", apoio ao cliente ridículo (nem existe), deram me um número para remarcar a minha encomenda que nem existe mais!
