Anastacia Yoga

I found Anastacia to be an amazing yoga teacher, she has a calm manner. She was very encouraging and gave options to suit the level you are at but also a more challenging option if you wanted to try. The classes flowed so well and along with the breathing exercises left you feeling at peace at the end. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Anastácia is a wonderful Yoga teacher. The classes I have attended were always a great experience! After each session I left with a feeling of relaxation, a good stretch and stress relief. Highly recommend!

There is nothing better than to finish a hectic day with a yoga class with Anastacia. I manage to slow down, to focus on my practice, and for me it's the most precious time I have for myself. Anastacia is fun, aproachable and explains the poses in an easy way. I started as a beginner with Anastacia and I never felt overwelmed or intimidated like I felt in some other classes. Now that I am more advanced, Anastacia knows how to push me to try new things and to take me out of my comfort zone. Thanks for the amazing classes!

Excellent classes, great voice! I recommend specially with current situation, you can do it easily from home and give yourself time to practice yoga.
