Restaurante Os Arcos

This restaurant has one of the nicest terraces with river view in Tavira. The decor is simple, food is good especially given the moderate prices for it’s location. Service can be a bit slow during busy lunchtime hours so bring some patience and simply enjoy the setting....

Good simple food, lovely setting...but I don't mind waiting for a seat but at least acknowledge that, stunningly poor waiting service...I was scared for the glasses and cutlery as they were thrown in the table...it was a Monday night I guess...no engagement from the waiting staff at all. It was funny really... like a cross between Fawlty Towers and prison.

Lovely setting by the river, tasty salmon, excellent value, super red wine in carafe. Would deffo go again 👍

We go to this restaurant once or twice a month and the food is superb and the staff very friendly and efficient. It is opened everyday ,in all seasons which is a plus too.

The best fish in the world.
