J. Portugal Ramos wines S.A.

Sadly a disappointing experience where there were 2 people about to start a wine tasting but we were refused a tasting as we did not book in advance. We did not want the tour and we were willing to pay for the tasting but we were just told it was not possible without further explanation besides that we need a reservation. Bizarre. It would not have cost them much inconvenience besides setting up a few extra wine glasses and introducing the wines to a slightly larger group (we were three people).

Great variety of Portuguese wines took just taste and great value to buy. Call in advance to plan lunch.

Super experience. Lovely staff and very attentive. The guide was able to immerse us in the history of local wines and owners. Great wines and products from the region. We will come back :)

We went to a visit to the winery with tapas food. It was spectacular. The visit coincided with vintage tasks. I went to very nice and then on the terrace tasting 5 wines we ate a very rich tsoas. Calm, tranquility, good food. .
