Beautiful church

Beautiful exterior to this church, but you can't really go in because it is now used by the Portuguese Armed Forces. Worth walking by though, at least.

Beautiful church where you can understand the history of Evora in its beautifulness.

I went to all the grand churches in the area, as I had in other cities in Portugual. When heading back to the hotel I was walking by Senhora da Graça and a woman who just came out said, "you have to go into that church, you will love it". So I did with all my normal reserve and detachment to churches in general. As soon as I walked in a feel of calm came over me which I did not feel any other church. I found myself actually walking to the front pew and sitting with my eyes closed for a while which I have never done before. There was a beauty about this church, not in the building so much but how it touched me inside. That woman was right, and that quality that you will love is something that it gives you in your heart.
