Visited with my son. The ambience is great - classy and sophisticated. The food was fine, not extraordinary at all. However, the service was extremely disappointing. The waiters were extremely curt and almost reluctant to serve. I ordered a glass of the house wine, and he poured out the last half a glass from the open bottle. Did not even bother to apologise or offer another glass from a new bottle. We asked for some butter for the bread even the butter was charged for separately. It may as well have been a vending machine and not a restaurant with a service orientation. ***** Thank you for your response. In my experience of 50 years visiting restaurants not just in my country but also restaurants in your country and other countries, I have never been charged for butter separately.

Looked fancy, however the food was below average and bland in both aesthetics and taste. The service was extremely poor, the waiter was rude and did not look like he enjoyed being there. How does it matter where I'm from?

We were so excited about going to this restaurant and although the location is beautiful, we were amazed by how rude our waiter was. It was very clear he was trying to get us out of there as soon as possible (giving us about 3 seconds to make our order and taking our plate away before we were done). We did interact with Luis a little bit who seemed much nicer and more helpful so perhaps our waiter was just having a bad day. Or maybe because we don't speak Portuguese. The bean salad was delicious and the wine was great but we did not think the rest was fantastic.

Food is delicious and the service is excellent. They are very careful with the covid measures.

Ehh, it was okay. Nothing amazing. Took forever to get a reservation here due to the hype. It was worth going but I don't think I'll ever be coming back.
