Restaurante Bar Picatapa

We went there for tapas, paying 13€ for 4 fried shrimps seasoned with something that tasted like ketchup sauce is too much. Octopus salad was filled with vinegar, the chicken gizzards were not fresh and unseasoned. Waiter was nice but forgot half of our order and had to go back and forth. Do not recommend this place by any means.

If you get a chance to visit McDonald’s instead, do it! Music is terrible, just like the wines. My Nikes are more flexible than the picanha they serve here.

The experience in this restaurant was horrible. Unfriendly waiter, dirty toilets, a total mess inside with the service, no distancing between tables, the staff in the kitchen wasn’t wearing a mask, expensive for the portion of food you get and the food is rather tasteless. I do not recommend it at all! A complete tourist trap. Moreover, the restaurant is called “Picatapa” but it doesn’t serve any tapas or “petiscos” of any sort. Just regular Portuguese dishes.
