Duna Parque Hotel Group Receção Central / Central Reception / Head Offices

No respect for customer they have prepaid and then coming at the hotel they have no reception on site and send you to the other part of the city 6 km away to collect the room keys in a so called central reception for 7 different hotel and just one employee ie 45 MN waiting / they are supposed to keep one parking lot available for car as per booking but they dont /, in room AC did not work / safe in room does not work / this hotel has a prime location but need a management to treat customers as they should and check rooms So not recommandable unless you have patience and understanding for every thing

Very nice hotel, but the treatment of the girl in the reception was and absolute shame, bad enough for not coming back

Hotel and staff very friendly and helpful but Spa service not up to what i would expect from this quality of hotel, shame as lovely setting, with lots of trees and places to relax.

Acerca de 1 semana passamos duas noites no Duna Hotel, ficamos muito bem instalados, e adoramos o atendimento dos funcionários, principalmente do Sr. Frederico e da Jessica, foram 5 estrelas. Local a voltar novamente

O apartamento era mau mesmo muito mau ,o colchão tinha as molas estragadas as janelas não fechavam convenientemente,o pequeno almoço (agora e que eu percebi a frase pequeno almoço), horrível entrei na sala a musica que deveria ser de fundo mais parecia a de uma discoteca alta tive que pedir para baixar , más não deveria ser preciso eu pedir deveria haver o bom senso de colocar uma musica de fundo suave e de fundo,o espaço da piscina e a volta e todo ele mau ,estive neste apartamento a 27 anos,era bom na altura agora não presta.não aconselho
