Banco Crédito Agrícola do V.N de Milfontes

This is a very odd bank, twice I have been here to ask about financial services and the reception on both occasions has been less than satisfactory. It is clearly indicated that the bank offers the services I required however without any consideration or unbiased reasoning I was told that it was not possible. I don't know whether this horrid experience is a result of inadequate training, racism (very rare in Portugal) or plain snobbery. As I understand this bank is a different regional operation to the banks of Cercal, Porto Covo, Sines or Santiago all of which offer outstanding services and willingness to help.
