I had such a great experience staying here. There was a brilliant atmosphere because all the staff were so friendly. Thanks to Rita for sorting me out a bed last minute and being so helpful with everything, to Bea for friendly banter and being awesome, and to Miguel for some seriously tasty cocktails. Great beaches just a short drive away and great restaurants nearby. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!!!

That hostel is true magic! I came for one week and I extended for almost two months. There's a very cozy and warm vibe which the whole team creates and the view is stunning. I've never been in a hostel which very much felt like a family. This place is a gem!

We booked the suite with private terrace and bath. The room was very very cold, the heat was not working, it was old and had not power enough to heat the whole room. Moreover, the window bath was old and did not close well, and we didn't have a proper bathroom door so the cold keep coming from outside during all day. We had to ask for another duvet and even with that we were cold. The hotel lack a lot of cleaning, our room was not very clean but the common kitchen was a disaster, I don't know the last time they clean it, it was a mess. There was food everywhere, not well stored and the sink was very dirty. The people working there were very young and very unprofessional. We spend the new year's eve there and there was a party going on until 5.30 am so we couldn't sleep. I would not recommend it and we thing that the hotel is highly overpriced.

Amazing place to relax and enjoy the nature. Nice staff, food and activities in the rooftop and outside of the hostel! I would visit again for sure, super recommended!

So I have chosen Selina Milfontesas it was promising to be a quality co-working / co-living place. I have spoken online with them to make sure that I'm able to do my work here. I explained the nature of my work (I teach mindfulness meditation, need occasionally private quite space to facilitate workshops). I'm sorry to say but I'm greatly disappointed. It's more of a hostel, with not much TLC toward comfort. Let's start with this: co-working space has bad lighting and but what is the worst it is lacking ventilation (any ventilation) you feel like you sit in an aquarium, instead of water you have old air, with no hope for the fresh one coming soon. The acoustic is TERRIBLE. Forget about quite a space to do your calls. Your clients will hear people next to you clearly. If not that I pre-paid fore the monthly package (as that as cheaper) I would get out immediately. Because this is It's negatively affecting my work. The bedroom: the toilet has a glass " doors" which does not cover the whole space. You hear and smell it all in the bedroom. In my bed, I found small rubbish left behind (lighter and plastic cover after cigarettes). The other bed I could choose was clearly used. I would be more understanding if this ould be a small local bizz. But is not. So the money is there, and it should be directed into making this space to live up to its promise. Kitchen, I had a better kitchen in my student doors 10 years ago. The fridge is so small, no chance to leave anything, when was it last cleaned? I don't dear to ask. Good sides: people working are very nice and accommodating, the location is great. The interior design is nice, cocoons/ hammocks etc. Lovely rooftop with a great view.
