SW SUP Stand Up Paddle School

Amazing experience doing the 2h tour in Rio Mira. António is very friendly and teached us the SUP technique. The scenery is beautiful and you can enjoy every moment of the way. Would do it again!

A perfect spot and conditions for stand-up paddle. I had a tour with Antonio and he showed me techniques to improve my paddling technique and feel more secure on the board. Highly recommended experience!!!

António was really nice and told us about everything we saw ! He was really pedagogical for our first time and we didn't fall ! He also advise us on our restaurant options and interesting beaches ! Thanks a lot ! We'll definitely try SUP again !

Awesome place, we hired them for 2 hours €25 each... here you paddle from the beach down the river so it’s very calm and perfect if you haven’t done it before (like us) rather than going straight into the sea!
