Praia do Carreiro da Fazenda

A very natural wild beach. Here you can find a lot of peace and quiet even in the season. Unfortunately not very suitable for swimming. The many colourful stones in the surf make access to the water very difficult. In any case you should wear bathing shoes. These should have a reasonably non-slip sole. Because of the many algae that are washed up and then slowly dry out in the sand and give off a corresponding smell. This attracts countless flies and makes sunbathing on this beach unpleasant.

Nice beach. There are better options in the region if one seeks them out.
