Millennium bcp

I had a really bad experience with this bank. I had to sort out couple of things at the back and I’m only in Portugal for few days so I’ve called the back by the 23th to see when they will be open as it’s Christmas time and they said it will only open for sure on the 26th at the usual hours, and I even aske the lady “are you sure and she said I’m completely sure” so I had to literally change my flight to an evening flight as I supposed to be flying at 9am and the bank supposed to open at 8:30am but when I get there today at 9am the bank in Calheta - Madeira it was completely close. What a waste of time and money. They begin a bank should know that time is money. - I do not recommend this bank -
