We visited to have a look at the elaborate nativity displays arranged throughout an entire section of the station. We expected the standard scene you might encounter at your local house of worship in North America but were presented with a winding simulated grotto display with many rooms and levels complete with rock walls and water cascading down waterfalls. Simply amazing. The final surprise is a display made by the Bombeiros themselves of a fire fighting helicopter that fills up the water bucket then flies to a "forest fire", dumps the bucket on the blaze then returns for more water. If you're in the region at Christmas you must take time out to see it.
