ETCMADEIRA AGENCY

I have rented an apartment at ETC Madeira in December 2020. At first everything was fine, the arrival was nice, the owner of the agency gave me his WhatsApp-number. I was able to reach him at this number and he answered at first. It changed when a little issue appeared which could have been solved very quickly and at low cost (lack of Wifi). The owner preferred simply not to answer messages regarding this issue, but continued to answer others (pretty bizarr). As a result I had to buy mobile internet which made the thing a bit more expensive, but it didn't increase the willingness to answer on my messages. In conclusion I cannot recommend the agency due to a lack of professionalism. Luckily I was able to solve the issue on my expense (which should not happen), but there is no guarantee that a greater problem would be solved in any way. A pretty strange behaviour, considering that the problem could have been solved within minutes.
