We have booked the canyoning adventure with Epic on our last day of holiday and were very sorry we have not done so earlier - we would have gone one more time(or more)! The coordination with Epic team was very smooth, they answered WhatsApp chat within minutes. The canyoning was definitely Epic, from the moment Peter and Lucas picked us from the hotel till they dropped us off at our preferred location. During the canyoning, both guides were very attentive, ensuring our safety and adjusting to our level of expertise and our capabilities, while also providing us with a fun and fantastic experience. Everything was perfectly organized to the last detail, including the recommendation for the most delicious lunch at the authentic restaurant, peppered with lots of history and fun stories about Madeira. What a fantastic end to our holiday! We highly recommend Epic to all that visit this beautiful island! Thanks Peter and Lucas!!!

It was the wonderful canyoning. So much new emotions. It was my first experience. Guides are just the best. Alfredo and Bernardo helped and entertained us. I would love to do it again and recommend it for sure

The epic Madeira team really lived up to its name! We went on a canyoning tour (level 3) with the guides Fabio and Alfredo in mid-August. Both were highly professional and super personable! We could not have imagined a better company for this breathtaking adventure. Their experience was noted throughout the tour, but the fun was never neglected. I am incredibly grateful to both of them for this great experience and would go back to the deepest gorges with them at any time! But also the contact with the agency, the equipment and the extensive service left nothing to be desired. Even a short car breakdown was not a problem at all, it showed much more the high flexibility and good organization of epic Madeira! Thank you for everything, it was unforgettable!

EPIC Madeira is really an excellent company for experiencing Madeira's beautiful nature and activities. My girlfriend and I booked a beginners canyoning trip and after finishing it this afternoon we are now thinking about the advanced canyoning tour the day after tomorrow! Yes, it was that much fun!!! Guides Peter and Fabio are a perfect team, really assuring the safety throughout all the exciting climbs and descents. Each individual person gets respected on their level and never ever were the guides pushing or looking at the time. This is perfect service. If you are thinking about canyoning at Madeira, or generally if you can do canyoning? You can! For sure you can with EPIC Madeira. Can't recommend them enough!
