Parque do Monte

Parque do Monte is just around the corner of the tobbogan ride, often some of the carreiros guys resting in this beautiful park. On a sunny day it is nice, especially after having a walk uphill, to just sit here on a bench and enjoy. Not the biggest park though, and parking is limited around here and you sometimes need to be inventive to find/create your spot.

When you arrive close to the tropical garden, you'll be able to stop on one turn where is the old train station. It has a parc, some coffees, and an old bridge in rock. You can actually find a FREE very nice and cute little garden down the rock bridge, and absolute magic photos here.

Sensational views over city, we went on the cable car. The church of Nosso Senhora is a lovely building, but the alters are stunning. Restaurants and a cafe, gardens.
