Agua Salgada

It’s frustrating to me that this restaurant doesn’t show up in google search results under restaurants or if you zoom in to the map to the max. It’s only by luck that I walked by and specifically searched up the name before deciding to go inside, and I am glad I did because it was one of the best meals I had in Portugal. Some things so simply described as “fried pork”, “grilled peppers” and “mixed salad” turned out to be totally delicious. Great service as well. Recommended!

This is the best place for authentic food and atmosphere in the entire Portugal we’ve been to! The octopus salad is outstanding with their own special recipe, the staff is super friendly and kind, the chef is super humble and sweet. We literally came back 3 times in our relatively short stay and can’t recommend this place enough!

This place is great! We had tapas there and we loved every single one of them. The cocktails are also very nice! The owner is a great guy, friendly and he knows the area very well. We spend every night of our stay in Sagres in Agua Salgada. Cool ambiance. Highly recommended when you are in the area! Thank you for the great food and service!

So surprised. Really expecting average food but recieved wonderful and high quality food which served by very nice staff. Congradulations guys.

Nice Place, Happy People! I went for pimentos fried squids and meatballs, with a good beer.
