a very complete retreat. with an extraordinary and enthusiastic team, in a hotel with much to enjoy. it was wonderful to breathe in nature, roll in the waves and do nothing in the warm water pool. Did i already said the team is really fantastic? (magic happens when 3 friends get together to do what they love). congratulations! a retreat to which i will return!

When you join a PFM retreat you are met by a group of experts who have designed an experience in which they can share with you their passions for yoga, surfing and the beautiful natural beauty of Portugal. The result is an unforgettable experience that you will forever cherish. Not to mention that Sagres is breathtaking and the Memmo hotel is top notch! Highly recommend PFM retreats.
