I followed one class with Sabrina at Maravista Yoga when travelling in Portugal. Lucky for me I was the only one present so I could enjoy a personalized class in English, with special attention to all my needs. I loved how Sabrina adds a very personal touch to her yoga class, with relaxing essential oils, and music from her portable organ. The accent was not on physical prestation, to my relief. She helped me to really listen to my body again, to create space and strength in the right places, and to release the stress in my shoulders (quite necessary after months of backpacking). Also on a personal level I felt a comforting connection. I fully recommend!

Sabrina is an excellent teacher and very accommodating. She hosts classes in both English and Portuguese, allowing her audience to choose the class suitable. We really enjoyed it and also loved the style. This studio is a little gem! Must visit! (And it is not Hatha like most studios in Northern Portugal. It has beat , flow and strength)

Sabrina lead us through some amazing hours of private yoga classes on the beach in Afife. She prepared thoughtful practice including essential oils and relaxing music. A wonderful experience not to be missed.

We had yoga with Sabrina in Allyoucansurf and after surfing it was a great balance for the body but also balm for the soul. She guided us through the class wonderfully thematically and it was really very relaxing. The oils that we also used were an extra bonus. Thank you, Sabrina! :)
