My parents WERE regular buyers of this store. All the furniture is theirs. Very bad after-sales service when problems arise, poor finishes, delays in deliveries, errors in measurements or chosen materials. The latter has happened in the furniture of a living room that has not been used (which they know) the upholstery of the sofas and chairs has been cracked without even using them. When we get in contact with them they tell us that they have had many complaints, that the fabric is of very poor quality. As the two-year guarantee has already passed, they reach an agreement that they put the fabric and we pay the upholstery, which gives us a budget of 600 eur When we approach the store to formalize the agreement, they tell us that the price of upholstering the sofas and chairs is 1200 euros ??? They intend to do business and take advantage of something that at this point they know is of poor quality due to the number of complaints. We know that we are no longer under the guarantee period and legally we cannot do anything but this is already a tease. And why talk about the cockiness and the bad ways that treated us even above! CONCLUSION: while you buy and spend money everything is going well.
