I must admit I have been here a couple of times now, and wasn't hugely impressed. The spa piscina is very good and extremely well priced. Be aware the different Jacuzzis and various other jets are on a timer system but you soon get used to it. Today I went and it was the best visit I have had. The staff were all extremely helpful, kind and went over and above to accommodate my Fibromyalgia symptoms (considering its an invisible disease) the facilities are very clean, disability friendly and they have extremely good Covid measures in place to keep everyone safe. So to recap good price, excellent therapy pool. I will provide pictures soon. Thank you to all the staff on site today you all helped me more than you'll ever know 🙏😘💯

I'm currently stood up on the hill at a Trig point. If this is the Spa and Hotel they need more amenities. No staff to be seen. Kinda wet out in the rain too. ZERO stars. No where to sit either.
