The stuff is very very nice and friendly. Nothing to complain on the service. Kitchen takes a long time. I ordered chicken stroganoff and got chicken in a white creamy sauce with a ton of garlic. Had nothing to do with a brownish mushroom stroganoff sauce. I couldn't eat all because the taste was really not good. Sorry.

Service was the worst.. took forever to be seated also to bring the menu..once the menu was placed they wanted to take our food order that moment and we did not even have a chance to see what they have to serve.. we asked if we could have a few minutes and he got all upset and walked away while I was busy asking him about a dish and told another waiter to serve us I would not recommend eating there first and last.

They have a sign outside indicating they sell ice cream...the door was open so we went inside and the kids made their selection from the glass freezer case...still no one came to help us so we called down to the kitchen. A very rude young man came up, glared at us and said that we weren’t allowed to take items from the case, and then charged us €3,50 for 2 packaged ice creams, way more than we’ve paid anywhere else in Portugal. Even though we’re staying in the hotel next door for the next week, we will NOT be dining here.
