Amazing new CrossFit Box outfitted with state of the art BoxPT equipment. The atmosphere is bright and friendly with CrossFit programming focused on movement and overall health. Your owner and head coach, Cibele, creates the perfect environment for you to take your fitness journey to the next level. There’s an amazing CrossFit Kids program too and classes/box welcome kids from all ages as Mom and Dad CrossFit. Note: if you’re visiting Portugal and are an experienced Crossfitter or strength athlete, you must visit this box!
