The tour with Jorge from Madeira Mountain Tours was just amazing! He is such a great guide, and definitely does everything to make sure you will have the most amazing experience. He has so much knowledge about the island, the hiking trails, the plants and flowers on the island and can literally answer any questions you have. I can highly recommend booking a tour with him. orge is absolutely adorable. We booked 2 hikes with him as part of our stay in a Surfcamp in Porto da Cruz. Jorge came to the house where we were staying to drive us to the hiking sites. Each time, he offered us several options for us to choose, and was very careful to adjust the hikes so it would please us as much as possible. He's got very interesting knowledge about plants and history of the trails, and we enjoyed discussing with him very much. We would recommend him to anyone willing to discover Madeira's levada's and other challenging hikes in the mountain :)
