Super nice and helpful staff, always with a smile:) Machines are great, good rack of weights. Also, it's not a very busy gym, you don't need to wait to use the machines, as there several options. Bathrooms clean and in excellent conditions. If you are looking for a gym in Almada, go for this one.

Amazing place to workout! The staff are super caring about you, and it's not super crowded like most of the gyms you might find! Great prices, great staff, and the whole gym overall is just pretty great!

The place itself might not have the most modern machines, but what it has is enough to get the job done and the staff more than makes up for it in helpfulness. Also the price is a steal, a small fee is paid the first time you sign up but that's it, no need to pay in advance and you can cancel whenever.

The price is very cheap, the staff are good and is almost never crowded.
