A good place for a quick snack. The toast was pretty good. Finally a place where the fries are not from a frozen bag and are instead freshly cut and deep fried. The maracuja pudding and the espresso were also pretty good.

Tourist rip off and worst cafe ever. Tasted like old coffee with a pinch of mold. Just took a sip and left it at the counter...

The food is surprisingly good - simple, authentic and tasty. I recommend their 'daily special' because this is probably what they're best at. The staff are also very friendly, obliging and helpful. This place helped make our visit to Santana a delight.

Worst restaurant in Madeira. My food had hair in it, which I simply remove without making a fuss about it - it happens. Then I noticed the pork meat was not cooked so I returned it for additional cooking. Once I got it back than I noticed all sort of bugs in the price of lettuce used as decoration. Overall very poor and not cheap at all. Paid same money at very nice restaurants in Funchal. Dont waste your money there!
