Cafeteria Pico Areiro

Seemed like a fine place for a pit stop. Paid washrooms are downstairs and reasonably priced (considering this is on top of a mountain) food and drinks in the cafeteria. Service was... grumpy, but hey the view is nice.

When you receive a warm chocolate instead of a cappuccino and the staff keeps telling you that this is a cappuccino (which it definitely isn't), you know what quality you can expect here.

Inedible and over expensive sandwiches, the coffee is sh@t and u have to pay separately for the toilet. Service is unfriendly, nothing good to say.

Worst treatment ever! Ordered a cappuccino and it came with sugar and some of it was stuck to the bottom the cup, must have been washes badly. When I informed the waitress she was super rude and started yelling that the coffee was good like that and the fault was mine because I “put sugar in the coffee”, which i didn’t. And she never did another coffee for me. Management was called and incapable of solving the problem. Worst experience ever! If you’re coming to look at the view, bring food and drinks because this place is a sh@t hole.
