This is a terminal for ferry, bus and tram. This is the best way to enter Lisbon city. The area is a little run down.
The trams are efficient and on time. They are modern and have good seating. We have been on the rush hour one and it's not too bad eventhough I had to stand, as they are very regular.
The ferry is an old boat and there is no outside deck. The chairs are plastic and you are very close to the person across from you. Again rush hour was very busy. Best time is out of rush hour when you can wander around to take photos out the windows.
The guy at the ticket kiosk spoke good English and was very helpful. Overall a good experience here.
I like the place
Ferry terminal on the other side of the river from Lisbon. Run down, but being developed and has a modern tram/bus/ferry interchange. There are a run of street restaurants within easy walking distance of the terminal selling mainly seafood.
This where you arrive by ferry from mainland and where you catch bus to the monument of Christ on the hill.
Clean and is working as it should
