TST - Transportes Sul do Tejo

I travelled 7 Times with that organization in 4 Times i Had to Wait at least 40 or more Minutes because the buses did Not showed up. I can definitly Not recommend this organization. Grumpy Bus drivers included. Very Very Bad!

Last friday (22nd of May) I've been waiting with my 4y old daughter for over 70 minutes for the bus 167 that was supposed to bring us from Estr. Vale de Mourelos to Costa de Caparica, but it didn't show up at all! It was 30 degrees hot and according to schedule there should have been at least 3 buses during that time. I understand that we have a pandemic, but come on: all the shops and beaches are already open and you can at least send ONE bus per hour. That would be a start!!! Very bad service.

I get to cacilhas at 9.45 to get the 10 am bus to fonte da telha. No way to get a ticket but at the tram station (the only thing open open on sunday) they tell me it's possible to get a ticket on the bus. I wait 45 MINUTES for the bus just for the driver to tell me they don't give out tickets on the bus. One of the worst transport services I've ever experienced, I sincerely hope you all go bankrupt.

Today I caught the bus to go to work and I sat down it was ok. but when I got up to get off the bus I noticed that my pants were wet I noticed that the ceiling of the bus was dripping water from the rain from the morning. people pay good money to use the bus to go wherever they need to go. We deserve better buses and the drivers deserve them too.. em 17 de junho, eu estava esperando o ônibus como todos os dias e o ônibus não veio. quando finalmente chegou, eram 10h às 10h. Então, entrei no ônibus e perguntei ao motorista qual era o horário e sua resposta foi: não sei. se o motorista do ônibus está tendo um dia ruim, quem deve ficar em casa quando eu entrar no trabalho no supermercado em que trabalho? Eu tenho dois respeito pelos clientes, porque eles gastam dinheiro aqui, pagam minhas contas, se o motorista do ônibus não quis trabalhar naquele dia, você deveria ter ficado em casa e deixado alguém que realmente gosta do trabalho dele. Os motoristas de ônibus em Armada têm algo para ter uma atitude ruim e eles não sabem como não desrespeitar os clientes sempre certos. TST, eles precisam parar de usar esses velhos ônibus e comprar alguns ônibus novos, metade deles cérebro dentro da metade deles, a porta bate com barulho alto, alguns deles estão caindo, parar de desperdiçar dinheiro com coisas estúpidas e comprar novos ônibus para esse ônibus motoristas algo que eles poderiam ser felizes nos clientes poderiam ser felizes ..
