Ponta de São Jorge

It can be dangerous at the end.....a big wave suddenly appered and nearly trained me in to the Ocean...i felt on the rocks i was covered by water a lot of water pulling me towards ocean (if it would have been a child it would be gone )dont go with you Kids...Thank you...sorry for my bad english.

At the beginning I was scared of getting down then it took me a while to have the courage to do this and definitely it’s worth a try. U will find out that’s not scary anymore! Be proud of who have already made it! 🤩

Small lighthouse at the end if the road. The keeper opened the door for us as we approached with a Portuguese nod. The building is old but well maintained with a lovely helical staircase. The views are great along the north coast of the island.
