Solinca Light Almada

The machine selection is pretry good as well as amount of free weights. However, gets very packed in the morning and later when ppl get out of work and there's not many pcs of one machine nor squat racks so you may have to wait for your turn. Also having a small gym bag with you is not allowed. For this reason my lifting belt was stolen there and no initiative nor apology by anyone 😢 So better be very careful with your accessories. Showers are not very good and the water stays on the shower booth floor. The staff is friendly.
