The worst! After placing my order nearly two months ago, I had to wait for the funds (debit card) to be validated as paid before the company would even order the merchandise: a refrigerator, stove/oven, and dishwasher. Numerous contacts with the company went unanswered -- or were "automatically" replied to with a standard reply -- and I had no idea when my merchandise would be delivered. This was vitally important, as the delivery address (my future home) is different from where we currently live. Finally, I received a reply that "I would be notified by the transport agent on the day of delivery." Never happened. Instead, the delivery company called to say they were outside the door ... 150 kms away! Worse yet, despite indicating that all items would "be delivered within three to five business days," on the date the delivery was made, I received an email notification that my dishwasher would be delayed. Best Electronics gave me two choices: To wait for the delivery (whenever) or to purchase a comparable dishwasher model through them for more immediate delivery--despite the fact that we had done extensive research and wanted this manufacturer and model. I replied that neither of their "options" was acceptable ... I wanted a complete and immediate refund. Best Electronics? No way. Absolutely the worst!

Bestelectronics is not best but WORST electronics: I order a fridge 12 days ago while the website says 4 to 7 days delivery, and 12 days after, no news, no update, nothing. The only things which is sure is that they have my money... If you do not want to loose your money, avoid them. If they were good and positive guys, thy would have called back. Which is not even the case, while it is so easy

This company is truly appalling. They have no concept of customer service at all. It took them 5 weeks to tell me the item I ordered was discontinued. They asked if I wanted the updated model and it would take between 4-6 weeks for delivery. I told them if they replied to my email within the week I would and, if they didn’t reply to me I would like an immediate refund. Two and a half weeks later and I have heard nothing. The name of this business is a very bad joke.

Very happy with service. The tumble dryer i ordered was delivered within one week and installed quickly with the old one being taken away. The company kept me informed throughout the process by email, telephone and sms.

Kind people on the phone but organization and honesty of the company is far to find. We ordered an expensive nice fridge on the website. Unfortunately, we had to call after one week the status of the fridge and hear that the fridge was unavailable. Already 3 weeks passed and we do not have our money back!!! We are very understandable people but this is a big joke! We are thinking to do other steps to get our money back! They never apologized for it! Onrespectful!
