Local goto place for tech stuff, more reasonable than the red brands

Good choice of products and prices. Very bad after sales service. Try to contact them during 3 hours and no phone answer, from any of the available website numbers, even from Lisbon and Setúbal stores. No answer! Need to go over 30Kms, directly to the store to take care of an error produced from the invoice produced from them over and website order. No contact from then about the invoice data, so after getting the right with the wrong invoice data, and after more then 3 hours trying to call then, need to go to the store and the answer was, "I cannot get the phone if I have clients in the store!" An answer completely unrelated to costumers after salles satisfaction! Even the change in the invoice data was questionable by then, no client reason here. If they're website have some flaws that don't permit to insert multiple billing addresses with different data, it's not from client's fault! There's a lot of online pc components store that have a lot more support from after salles service, like PCDiga, Assimatica, PCcomponentes, etc, just search from kuanyokusta.pt website. So don't know if I gonna place any orders from then, at least from a near future, since there's so much online offer with a lot of after salles or even phone answer support. Wasn't at all satisfied with the after salles service and after salles support. From the online website, need to have more options to have multiple invoice data available with the correct NIF for each address. From the website online buying experience, nothing to declare, worked as it should. Regards
