My husband and I were searching for an apartment in the Lisbon area. We were (and are still) living in the US. We had a very tight timeline as our appointment at the Portuguese Embassy was approaching. Although we had at least two real estate agents helping us, we weren’t having any luck. We then remembered that some recent friends we met in Azeitao had a friend who was helping people with just this sort of thing. We contacted Neil and the NEXT day he sent us an amazing video of a highly desirable, larger than what we asked for, and lower priced apartment on the top floor of a building with a water view! We loved the place and asked Neil to try his best to secure it for us - which he did! Neil has been a delight to work with! He is professional, reliable, and personable. He contacts us when he says he will, the information he relays to us is organized and clear, and he anticipates other things we might need. We have retained his company’s services for getting our utilities set up as well as having our apartment checked on a few times until we arrive. He has made this much, much easier for us! We highly recommend this company.

Mr. Neil Richmond was extremely helpful in finding me a lovely apartment and is still helping me get sorted with many other things I would have had difficulty doing without his advice. I highly recommend his services.
