Super efficient! It was a breeze, from start (issuance of queue number) to completion (conversion of driving license) at Counter T5. All over in under 30 minutes. Alexandra is the only English speaker and her customer service is awesome. Documents required are: Authentication of driving license by the Portuguese Embassy, Driving License (original), Portuguese Medical Certificate, and Personal ID eg Residência Cartão (original & photocopy).
