Bad service ... From an auditory center ... like all health centers ... we expect a certain professionalism ... I stopped because I needed some information on their services and products ... and then decide whether to make an appointment ... For starters ... the door was locked ... I had to wait a while ... after ... the lady who was cleaning ... she came to open the door ... she seemed annoyed and arrogant he asked what I needed ... I asked why the door was closed ... but I have not received any explanation ... I want to clarify that I stopped in opening hours to the public ... After I went to the desk and I explained to the girl at the front desk what I needed ... Answer: sorry ... but I am unable to answer your questions because I am replacing my colleague who is on vacation ... Nothing to say about the girl ... she was very nice and kind ... but in my opinion it is a very serious mistake on the part of the auditory center.
