I'm ashamed to be a foreign national / Portuguese person today. being out the country for a long time, I returned with an ill father with very bad cancer for him to visit "home". Decided to go to the IPO for an informal second opinion following the run around of processes required to step foot in only to be made to wait HOURS to be told to come back 3 days after we were due to leave the country again. The RUDEST doctor possibly in the world delivering a no-coherent argument refusing to see him because "thats just how we work". Extremely cold, unsympathetic, ineffecient and rude. Better service and doctors in South Africa. A sad day to be Portuguese but it is INFINITELY clear why the Portuguese have fiscal and social problems. I suggest spending the money and getting private advice else where before going to the IPO OR at the time of enquiry make sure to get EVERY persons name and take note of the time of communication to ensure accountability. Dont expect sympathetic help from these people.

O meu marido esta a ser tratado em relação a equipa medica otimos . A falta de informação entre equipas pois o meu marido feztteste covide dia 21 deu positivo esteve cerca de 20 dias sem sair de casa voltou la dia 11 fazer novo teste aind deu positivo mas foi visto pela medica pois já não avia problema agora foi lá dia 22 um mes depois não o atende ram foi tratado como criminoso porque andava na rua isto um mês depois do primeiro teste positivo

Infelizmente tive de conhecer o hospital IPO Lisboa mas 5 estrelas desde as auxiliares enfermeiras médicos são de uma simpatia pena que todos os hospitais não sejam assim muito obrigado a todos

O estacionamento um pouco caótico que contrasta com o resto que está muito bem organizada , simpatia de todos e competência .
