Keep rescheduling appointment over and over again, informing the last minute. People have plans and lives. Unacceptable.

Very busy place. We had to take a ticket to be served at the pharmacy counter and we were 5th in line when we arrived. There were 2-3 people working, but still the line kept growing. The workers were very nice and were able to help us in English, how we the wait in line in such a small area really outweighed the nice service. It seemed like you had to wait in the same line even if you just wanted to buy something from the shelves.

Good aestheticians and customer service, but machine did not function properly - and hence, treatment did not produce the desired effect. Also treatment duration was very short - and did not feel complete.
