Hello dear TLS, I applied Eu family permit Visa for UK at 6th August 2020. I'm waiting for 36 days for my Visa and passport. It's very urgently i need my passport. Could you please help me anyone? Thank you

NOT ACCEPTABLE! The VAC has been holding my passport for MORE THAN 5 MONTHS! It has been more than 5 months since I submitted my EEA Family Permit at the VAC Lisbon on 27 Feb, at the time of writing I still do not know where my passport is. 3 months after my application under my pressure, The VAC revealed to me on 5 June that my passport was in Madrid Spain, and because of the lockdown in Spain that the TLSContact could not receive the visa from UKVI. Then on 10 July after the lockdowns were lifted I pressured the TLSContact again, and this time the VAC told me that the passport do not return to TLSContact, the UKVI is going to send my passport back to me directly from the decision making center. WHAT? So they waited 3 months for the UKVI to send them my Visa and suddenly they decided to send my passport to the UKVI for the visa? Anybody help me with this one? Anyway The UKVI has told me that the visa has been issued on 13 July and the VAC should contact me in the next few days of the collection of my passport. But 3 weeks has elapsed I did not hear anything from the VAC. In fact I have been chasing the VAC for my passport. I went through the complains option on their website dozens of times, but they only answered with prewritten general emails that have nothing to do with my case. Anyone experiencing the same problem as I am?
