Monsanto Tennis Club

Booked the court at 9am, arrived 10 minutes before. Lady at the reception says that our court 11 is probably not available, because of the rain. "Please check yourself", she said. Went to check it out, extremely rude maintenance guy, said that the court is only available later at the day. Went back to the reception and asked if there is an alternative, since I traveled especially to their club to play tennis and I didn't received any cancellation from their side. Reception lady said there is no alternative, and an completely unnecessary comment; "as you know Sir, it's has been raining"... This Club has all my details, so they could have informed their customer per telephone or email about the condition of the reserved court, yet it's the clients fault. Opening Hours on the AirCourts App says this Club opens at 8am, my booking was at 9am... The reception lady arrived 10 minutes before 9am, "so their was no time to advice me"... Besides that I'm confused about the openings hours, is it 8am or 9am?!, I'm actually much more concerned about the way the staff of this Club treats their clients. I was always convinced that on the end of the day a (when educated, polite and respectful) client pays their salary... Probably I'm mistaken. Conclusion; this Tennis Club is beautifully located in the middle of the woods, the courts themselves are good quality, has huge potential to be one of the best their is, but the service... A no go to me...

Awful tasteless cold food. The service is not better. Doesn't worth it. Maybe in the future they could improve a lot...

Very nice courts, great Central court in clay and a bonus of an amazing restaurant!

Many different kinds of courts, very peaceful area with lots of trees around. Loved it
