Seriously the best food in Lisbon! Delicious grilled octopus! Together with wife we tried several other restaurants and we didn't like the food - chewy octopus, weird cod ... this Tasca do vigario was our last hope and we really enjoed it.

We loved the food, simple and good! The place is the typical bar of Alfama and Ricardo is a very nice person. We definitely recommend it if you wanna taste the real local atmosphere in Lisbon :-) Maria

This place is absolutely amazing. We had the grilled seabass and the perch steak. Both dishes have been so delicious and the portions were really big! Would totally recommend this place to anyone in Lisbon!

Value for money. I don't have words to describe how incredible the food was. The best portugheze food and fish we ever had. I never eat calamari and here was so so tasteful. I would recommend this restaurant for anyone who visits Lisboa and if I ever return here I promise to eat daily in this wee restaurant. Congratulations!!
