Traveler tip: skip this one. Read for more details. I walked in this pharmacy asking for a box of Ibuprofen because I started to feel the flu coming. I was told I have no flu but allergies, therefore they would only sell me a box of "cough caramels"(8e) and if I feel worse the day after I should come back. I had a horrible fever that night and went back to get the Ibuprofen. This time another seller said I have clearly Flu but I should take another type of pills, which is a mix of Ibuprofen and other drugs. I said no and asked for regular Ibuprofen. She wasn't too happy to sell the "cheap"ones, but she had no choice. And here I am, healthy again.

Atendimento péssimo! Se não tiver mesmo que vir cá por acordo da sua clínica, não venha.

Não há estacionamento e transportes públicos de jeito. Deslocar-se até a farmácia é uma aventura nada agradável. E muito menos agradável são às funcionárias que ali trabalham, com excepção de uma única colaboradora, as restantes são nota 0 em simpatia. Como sou obrigada a levantar medicamentos manipulados que vendem em exclusivo naquela farmácia, optei por solicitar o envio pelos correios. E mesmo assim, é um sacrifício para os receber. Da última vez, demoraram mais de duas semanas a fazer a entrega!

Super profissionais, simpáticas e disponíveis. Sempre que necessito dos meus medicamentos faço pedido prévio via telefone ou envio receita via email. Ao final do já tenho os medicamentos todos disponíveis. Também fazem manipulados no laboratório.
