There are positives & negatives to this Mailboxes Etc. location. On the positive side, there is very friendly & attentive customer service at this location! The owner Alan and his wife are extremely friendly! Alan spent lots of time & care with me when I had to ship a big box of clothes back to United States. He helped me with the box, the packing, and the shipping! Alan put a lot of thought & care into helping me out. However, on the negative side, Alan didn’t fill out the customs forms properly for the United States, so my package has been stuck in United States customs for over 5 days now and STILL hasn’t made it to the recipient yet. The box was supposed to have arrived 2 days ago. I called UPS and they told me that there was “inadequate information provided on the customs form that was filled out by Mailboxes Etc.”. Alan was supposed to fill out U.S. Customs Form #3299 for me, but he never filled out this form, so my package is now stuck in customs in USA. The good news is that it seems like UPS might be able to resolve this issue for me within the next 2-3 days — but only after they escalate the problem to another department & only after they call me back for more information. Of course, UPS never called me back when they said they would, and I’ve been trying to contact them all day long to resolve this problem. So Alan’s mistake has now cost me many many many hours of my time, and the problem still hasn’t been resolved yet. I also can't figure out how to complete this customs form. So my package has been delayed by many days, and this has caused extra stress & extra hassle on my end. The package won’t even reach the destination until many days after it was supposed to get there... if it gets there at all, which I assume it will. TO MAKE MATTERS EVEN WORSE: UPS IS CHARGING ME $20 PER DAY FOR HOLDING ONTO MY PACKAGE IN THEIR WAREHOUSE! So, if you’re going to be shipping boxes to the United States from this Mailboxes Etc. location, make sure that the proper customs forms are filled out 100% properly & 100% completely by Alan. Otherwise, you will end up with the same delays and the same problems that I’m currently dealing with. Alan is in the business of shipping, so he really should know how to properly ship packages internationally, shouldn’t he?! 🤷🏻‍♂️ How can Alan be in the business of shipping if he’s not even filling out customs forms properly? This has been a significant hassle for me, and a significant stressor for me.

Good place for sending and receiving international packages and mails. Very helpful employees and fast service. Owner of this place always ready to help with any unusual orders . 5 stars ⭐️ service. Extremely satisfied. Recommend
