Misinformation. Told that Uber and taxis we're not allowed in Sintra, and that hop on/off bus was only option.. not true. Do not believe what you hear here.

SCAM and FRAUD! Asked to buy a return ticket to Sintra and paid 10EU for it! Later we found out that it costs only 4,50EU at the train station and they would not refund us the money! Don't fall for their scam!

Fraud! We hired a package (yellow bus) that includes the boat, the trolley, and funicular and the elevator. We paid for using that 48h. Though, it turns out that the trolley is not for summer when it's substituted for a bus. Finally, after making us paying for a map, they gives une for free for the package.
